Sample Menus and Grocery List for 16 people for 5 days We'll cook and serve whatever you provide. Figure how many meals you’ll need. Select the menu combinations you want. Check the shopping list for approximate amount. What they don’t use, we’ll return to you. Breakfast varied combination of this list (usually 4-5 available)Oatmeal: raisins or dried cherries, brown sugar, milk Pancakes or french toast: syrup, margarine, jelly. Cold cereal: milk Fruit: bananas, oranges, apples, grapes, peaches, any seasonal fruit or canned. Eggs, sausages. Bagels: cream cheese, jam. (I usually get these) Doughnuts, cinnamon rolls, waffles. Juice, coffee Lunch combination of this list (usually 4-5 available)Sandwiches: lunch meat, peanut butter/jelly, cheese Pizza muffins tacos /tortilla shell Chicken or beef vegetable soup Spaghetti or macaroni/cheese cornbread/garlic bread salad: ranch dressing carrots/celery hamburgers/hotdogs/sloppyjoes-barbeque potato or corn chips juice/drink mix

Spaghetti with meat sauce and parmesan cheese Steaks and seasoned potato chunks Cheeseburgers/hotdogs Round steak soup, request in advance-I bring the other stuff needed for this soup. Optional Desserts : Banana-cream vanilla-wafer pudding, Fla-Vor Ice sticks (frozen "popsicles")1 box vanilla wafer cookies, instant vanilla pudding, coolwhipstuff with banannas anything needed for birthday celebration, other event Anything else you may have and know they can use Anything they requested, or you substitute for something else. Check- I can often make a huge beef-spinach lasagna ahead (if I have time)

Shopping List: 18-20 people approx 5-6 days 1 container of oatmeal (I keep one too, usually use 1 1/2 - 2 boxes) 3 boxes cold cereal (2 sugar 1 non-sugared) 3- 4 # bananas 2 bags oranges 2 bags apples grapes, peaches, canteloupe, strawberries: what’s available/cheapest for the group 1 watermelon 1 head lettuce 4 bags salad 4-6 tomatoes 3# onions 10-15 # potatoes if getting chicken doughnuts, cinnamon rolls (they usually average 1 doz. per day.) Cookies - as many as you want- they’ll eat them all by the end. 3-4 bags of chips (they will eat whatever comes) 8-10 containers powdered drink (they average 2 containers of powdered juice per day) 2 boxes pancake mix 2 big jugs syrup 3# spaghetti 2# rice 6 cans beef or chicken vegetable soup (any combination) 6-7 loaves of bread ( ratio = 2/3 white & 1/3 cracked/ whole wheat) 2 pax plain English muffins; 24 taco shells or (some prefer) soft tortillas 4 boxes JiffyMix cornbread 6 loaves garlic bread Enough buns for the hamburgs and hotdogs you need 3 doz. eggs 5 gals. milk 3- 4# margarine or I big tub Cheeses- 2# sliced cheese, 2 bags shredded (or chunk cheese) 1 tub sourcreme 2 pax of variety coldcuts for each meal (they prefer assorted meats) 2-4 pax sausages 8# hamburger 2 pax Aldi hamburg patties (they are best/Sam’s Club works, too. Veggie
