Welcome This specially equipped bus/Youth Group Motorhome has been
specifically designed to help you serve other people, to
develop new skills, to learn about nature, and help young people develop positive relationships. 1. All luggage and other bulky personal belongings need to be secured under the seats or in the rear storage room. Bedding needs to be stored between the upper beds and the bus ceiling. No bulky items can be allowed to set in the center aisle or by the rear emergency door. 2. All passengers will be seated with their seat belt fastened when the bus is traveling on the road. "It’s the law." It is against the law to lay on the floor, upper beds or on the seats while the bus is traveling on the road. 3. Each person should have a helpful and respectful attitude to everyone on this bus and to everyone that you contact while using the bus. If there is a need for your help and you are present and able to help, please help even if it is not your normal responsibility. Be a blessing. 4. Please put all trash in a designated trash bag and please remove anything that is on the floor each time you leave the bus. Please properly store all personal items, clothing, and blankets... please don’t place them on the floor or in the bus aisle. 5. If your group allows headphones on this outing, to be sure that you can interact with others, please do not wear head phones while on the bus. 6. Sexually-oriented music and printed material are not allowed on the bus. 7. Absolutely no P.D.A. (Public Displays of Affection) in any form. No physical contact with a person of the opposite sex while on the bus. If you get distracted, you will not achieve your positive goals for this outing. 8. Please do not walk through the kitchen while the cooks are working there. 9. Please organize and help cleanup your table after each meal. 10. If you sleep on the bus... the lights must be off and quiet maintained after 11:00 pm. We (Bill & LaVerne Blickley) can provide tents for those who prefer to socialize rather than sleep. Suggestions: 1. Please plan some organizational activities for bus travel that is more than one hour in length. The seating arrangements have been designed to allow group discussions, games and other organized group activity. 2. We (Bill & LaVerne) will support you when and however your schedule requires. To help us... please let us know in advance, when you will need to eat and when you will need to arrive at your destinations. If your schedule changes, please let us know as soon as you are able to tell us. 3. We recommend that at least one adult from the immediate family of a member of your youth group be a part of your youth group outing. Note: To help you achieve your goals for this outing we (Bill & LaVerne) will do our best to provide the following services: A. A safe traveling experience by mechanically maintaining, repairing, and driving the bus, B. Preparing healthy, enjoyable meals, and cleanup after the meals, C. Support and encouragement for leaders and group members. We (Group/Church Leaders) have read the personal conduct rules to our group and will help support these policies: Signature:_________________________, Signature:____________________________ Signature:_________________________, Signature:____________________________
